Local filmmakers Andrew Hunt and Jason Lausche say they spent 7 bucks making a two-minute film, “Say Nothing“, to post on Actor Kevin Spacey’s filmmaking website Triggerstreet.com. It became one of 12 finalist in the site’s annual shorts contest and had its “offline” premiere this week at the New York TriBeCa Film Festival.
Hunt describes “Say Nothing” as “boy meets girl…blah, blah, blah” in a blurb appearing with their picture in Vanity Fair Magazine. However, “Say Nothing“, which features local actors Cyndi Kurtz and Carson Lee, is much darker and funnier than that.
